Cisco Technical Trainers - Needed Immediately
Roles and responsibilities: Nexus generation switches
Urgent need freelance trainers for Cisco NEXUS generation switches and data center training. As a Technical Trainer you will be responsible for designing and developing training programs, interactive training modules, online courses and necessary training documents. We are looking for trainers that have experience in teaching these classes. Those who are hands-on network/security engineers that want to teach part time also can apply. Most of the classes are around Cisco Network troubleshooting and technologies for Routing and Switching, Security, Voice and Wireless.
Requirements
• Training knowledge of any of Cisco Products/Networking, security, voice, wireless
• Designs course outlines, gathering supporting technical documentation and developing course workbooks, trainer notes and support documentation.
• Works with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features.
• Designs and develops training curriculum and documentation for end user level.
• Conducts technical and administrative training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple products.
• Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions.
• Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training and follows up to determine applicability of course material.
• E-Learning design experience preferred by not required.
Qualifications we are looking for:
• Must be Cisco Certified, May relax certification if the trainer has heavy training experience
• Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and within established guidelines.
